For those interested in saving these facilities do sign the petition on line. I believe 750,000 signatures are required before the prime minister's office will even bother looking at the petition.

Previously individual A&Es are being threatened with closure which could easily be the difference between life or death for some individuals. This new petition link is to try a sway the government against the ongoing threat to A&E departments throughout the UK.

Will you save someone's life and sign the petition today?
The choice is yours.

Even if the site is very busy do keep trying and make a difference.
Good wishes to all for a long happy and healthy life.

Tom you're right many A&E cases are alcohol related, but what about the rest. You're telling me that it would not bother you if you were involved in an accident and had to travel to a hospital 20 miles away because the A&E department 2 miles away had been closed and moved there, resulting in you either dying or being permanently damaged as they couldn't treat you fast enough.

I have added my signature to this petition, I feel it's extremely important to give everyone the best chance of survival.

I actual have further my signature to this petition, i've got self assurance that is needed to furnish all people the final risk of survival.

If 750,000 people sent individual letters it would have more impact than an online petitiion that the politicians can easily ignore. I believe a petitiion is regarded as one letter. I wish you well with your campaign.

Yes, I will sign it just as soon as I can get onto it,as it appears busy at the moment.
For Tom..................Sure, there are many alcohol related problems in A&E,but there are also many people with other conditions which require emergency treatment. Perhaps one day YOU may need their help!!!!

No. I'm too busy petitioning the fact that we should be burning down the forests and building more roads to ease traffic congestion.

Now haven't you got little fluffy bunnies to think about ?

Without any shadow of doubt our A&E departments must remain open and stay localised to our communitities and not be re-located.
