I don't think it's an actual word in English. However, it does sound very much like one of the things Moe would often say in the Three Stooges when he was making up words. For example, he'd be a surgeon and asking for tools, and start making up fake tool names. Or one time they were "working" in a pharmacy and the boys were mixing some kind of concoction of different drugs; again, he'd use nonsense words like that to be the different drugs and chemicals they were mixing in.
