we do agree on everything we have been seprated for more then a year now and get along great. we also have 2 children and we did childsupport already filed that.

Just go get a do it yourself divorce kit, then you will no that you are not gonna be scammed.

And everyone downs me when I say that marriage is a bad thing and shouldn't be attempted in the first place. Thank you for the validation of my way of thinking.
Now do yourself a favor and NEVER get married again and help spread the word that people don't have to commit to this slave mentality.

did you know that you can go to your local public library and get divorce papers and instructions on filling them out....but that is only if both of you agree on everything? It is called paperwork for a "non-contested" divorce.
Then all you have to do is fill them out and pay the filing fee...you don't even have to go to court if you sign the waver paper.

I used www.quickie-divorce.com but it is a UK site, I was sceptical but they helped me a lot, just type in DIY Divorce for your area and you should get loads of information. My divorce took around 6 months to complete.
