can not change desktop background?

well assuming that you just generally dont know how. Right click on the desktop and choose properties. Click 'desktop' tab then the browse tab. Find a pic that you want and wa la. Choose it press ok and everything should be right? Unless theres like something wrong with your computer. Good Luck :D
