Jiggle the plug going into your phone and see if you get music on the other earpiece. More than likely you do not have the correct plug in. In my phone, I have to buy the earphone that have 3 rings on the connector. The regular 2 ring connect fits, but does not play right. So, if yours has two get one with 3 rings and remember this.

It might be your earphones which are broken. Otherwise, on your computer (if it's a pc), go to the audio settings on the control panel, and what might have happened, is that it's set on mono, when it should be set on stereo. Or possibly one speaker has been turned down?

the place the socket attaches to the circuit board interior, the joint can replace into cracked. that's probable what's got here approximately right here. i will assert from own adventure that they are oftentimes terrible to attempt and fix. in case you comprehend everyone with fairly some electronics expertise and kit they could be waiting to restoration it, in any different case i'm afraid that's probable time to purchase a sparkling one =[
