We are military so we all get in free but only get to choose 1 park.

Sea World... Make sure to watch the new show Believe! It is awesome!!!!! Also you may not want to do this since you have younger kids, but the Dine with Shamu dinner is well worth it!

If these are the only 2 parks to choose from, then I would choose Sea World. The kids will have a blast watching the Shamu show and the Seals and Sea Lions. My kids love Sea World and we always visit when we come down to Orlando.
If you are able, I would take the kids to the Magic Kingdom in Disney. It is by far the best for kids your age. I have taken my kids there a couple of times at various ages, and have never had a bad time. The look on their faces is worth any price.

It kind of depends where you plan to spend most of your vacation. If you will be in Orlando more I would go to Sea World, less driving time, more fun, and the kids don't have to be bored on the way.
From my own personal experience with younger kids and these two parks, Sea World was much preferred. There aren't many rides at either, and then tend to be for older kids, but the shows at Sea World were a lot funnier to them and they enjoyed them. Busch Gardens is a great park as well, but I would say for the age of the kids, Sea World would be more popular.

When choosing between Sea World and Busch Garden - I would suggest Sea World because of the ages of your children. The shows are very entertaining. There are interactive exhibits with an educational component that are both fun and engaging. The rides are pretty cool too. Be prepared to walk a lot. It is a big park.

Nothing beats Magic Kingdom in Disney World.
Between Sea World and Busch Gardens, I say Sea World. There are so many great shows for the kids. Plus there is a great area in the park that's perfect for your kids ages. There is a children's roller coaster that my 4yr loved and a great sprinkler section where the kids can cool off. You have to go and see the sharks. There is a section in the exhibit where you walk through an underwater tunnel and the sharks swim over your head....very cool! The best show there is Believe...the Shamu show....sit in the splash zone!

I would go with Sea World. Busch Gardens is a lot of fun, but is more geared to older kids and adults with fast coasters, etc..
Sea World will have plenty of attractions and shows for your entire family.

Definitely Sea World. Busch Gardens is for older kids with lots of roller coasters and such. Sea World is more shows.

I would say Sea World. I took my daughter to Busch Gardens when she was three and she hated it. It is much better for older kids and adults.

neither, there both expensive, unless your a freak about Roller coasters or sea Animals, then I wouldn't go at all unless you got a really really good deal like buy on get one free, or and decent decent of, because Busch gardens has good rides but really expensive food, and sea world has a few rides and a bunch of shows.

Actually, Sea World is a great park for your age children... the Shamu show is great, and there are many hands on activities....
Sea World also offers 2nd day free tickets - you have to ask for them.....
