I use plain old Dawn dish washing liquid.
Squirt some on the spot and rub between your fingers and wash as usual.
Someone that owned a dry cleaners told me about this years ago.

It depends. Did you already wash and dry the clothes? If you put the stained clothes in the dryer, forget it. You've set in the stain, and it's less likely to come out now. Stain stick, shout, and all that other crap is a waste of money. (My opinion) I've had many clothes ruined by a product that claims to get a stain out, only to have dried my clothing and set in the stain.

To answer your question, try Dawn dishwashing liquid. It gets grease off dishes and off clothes. Pretreat the stain in the sink, and make sure you get it out before throwing it in the washer. Have some liquid laundry detergent on hand to use at the same time with the Dawn. If the shirt is a colored, delicate fabric, do not rub vigorously, you'll remove the color.

Good luck!

Rub in with your finer training. go away for some min´s then pop into your washer on a 40ºc favourite wash . this would get rid of the stains

I swear by Stain Stick. Apply it to the outside and inside of clothing before laundering.

If it's just a small spot or two, any dish soap with degreaser will work. Also, throw in a Cascade with Dawn tablet with your laundry for any spots you do miss. A paste of Cascade dishwasher soap and water will also remove all kinds of stains.
