What is a helio if it isn't a phone?

On the commercial, it says don't call us a phone company don't call it a phone.

it is still a phone they are just saying that it does more than other phone companies it still calls people that's what a phone is.and the phone company is they provide more features so they say they are not a phone company

It still is a phone it's just that it comes with more features. It's a stupid sell technique to get people to buy the helio itself rather than stick with their phone itself.
