How do I personalise my avatar with my own pic or logo?

Go into your MY Q/A. Then click on your 360 profile option. Click on Home page and then Edit picture.You can then edit and browse for a picture to add as your avatar. When you have got your 360 pic set go back to My Q/A in edit and click on the little circle saying you want to you use your 360 avatar. Confirm at the bottom and voila!

made a mistake, why didn't you mention the 360 stuff, do what he said!!
