Hi guys,
Im always never in a good mood after Mon. because weekends over back to school for 5 days I dont mind the other days but monday TICKS ME OFF! My b-day 2 years ago was on monday so I cancelled my b-day to tuesday,,,,
Any mood-buster helps?

I feel the exact same way. I dread Mondays!!
I've noticed thought that if I go to bed early the night before and get a good nights rest than i'm not so grumpy. Also, try not to rush to work or school...take your time and drive slow so u can be relaxed when u get there. I also make sure to have my cup of coffee so it can wake me up and make me more alert.

Yes. Get through Monday. It is inevitable. Look forward to Thursday. Celebrate Thursday because it is the day before Friday and Friday is the last day before the weekend so you can enjoy Friday all day!

I HATE MONDAYS ALSO! But what I do is I pick out like my favorite outfit so I feel good on Mondays. Or do my hair a sweet way. Or pack something good in my lunch. Or look foward to a good show.

start the day off with your favorite food even if its not a breakfast food watch cartoons or listen to your favorite music while you get dressed and tell yourself that today will be great even if its not
