I would like to set up a professional style web site for my wife's public speaking programs. Do you have to pay $5., $10, $25. or more per month to do this??

U haxe to buy a somain name and some one has to host ur site and someone have to design it. godaddy.co do all these things at cheaper rate. Or you can get everything free Blog in blogger.com

Many internet service providers (isp's) allow 10 mb of space with your internet contract. If they do not, there are some free hosts available, but you have to sign up with them.
