First go to the computer and reformat the SD card.

Second. Not all cards are compatible. One brand 2 Gb SD card will work and then different brand same 2 GB SD Card will not. So once you get a brand that works try to stay with it. Also see if the store has a return money warranty too.

Third . If you used Windows Media player to download music was it the right format. It will download WMA files, not mp3 which are different and you mp3 player will not play WMA files.

whilst u connect the mp3 participant. goto my laptop. there will be an icon approximately ur mp3player clik it and then click on the memory card icon then drag and drop documents i think of u would desire to have the drivers put in. the cd that got here with ur mp3 participant includes the motive force for ur participant. so the comp. doesnt have issues recognizing it. :) so yea flow to my laptop> RCA Pearl TH1101A (this would desire to be the call of ur mp3 participant> memory card or microSD memory card(if u havent named it it could be one in all those. :)
