The little nerdy guy on the Simpson's, Myron, used to make that same Heh heh noise when making fun of someone. Basically she was saying that everyone who has bxtched about them all this time, can now kiss their patooties because they got a grammy for it.

the bully "Nelson" makes that sarcastic laughing sound when someone does something stupid or is embarrassed on the cartoon "the simpsons". It was aimed at George Bush and the radio stations that refused to play their albums because of her comments about Bush at a concert. Basically she was saying, stick it up your keister. Good for her.

That despite the boycotts they still won a few Grammys of course you could win a hundred Grammys but if your album and concert sales don't pull in the cash your label will drop you like a ton of bricks.
She did a laugh like one of the bullies on The Simpsons but if they don't get better sales they could be saying d'oh!
