How can I keep up with my new year resolution? I've resolved to do some things this year but I keep stumbling & deflecting from what I planned to do, can you tell me what it takes to keep up with my resolution.

Just do it... Nike...
Impossible is nothing... Adidas (I think)...

You see once you start it, it will be the driving force for you to see results... which will lead you to go on with what you have planned... and more you will see the good things that happened to you... keeping a commitment to yourself... you trust yourself that you can do this plan of yours... you become more than what you are... you do your best every time... even if you fall back a step... the important part is to get the two steps forward... Act on it.. if you don't nothing will happen... there is nothing that happens overnight... you need time... like a thousand year old tree in the forests... they never became big overnight... it took a thousand years... not a year... so it is with you... take small steps, then you can get bigger and better steps... than you will just find that you are on your way or beyond what you originally planned...

Have fun doing them...;-)

Simple 2 step plan.

1> Have 'realistic' resolutions.

2> Willpower

Nobody else can force you to keep your resolutions. If they are reasonable and you really want to follow through, you will.
