i have done this a long time ago , first, by reading and listening to others , do mostly # listening # to start .......if your English is lacking broader openings, skills and choice words ? be sure to learn new words that may not be known to you .......learn them well ....and know how to use them and where to use them .....
you may start at home with family members , so , as to get you adjusted and to have some trust in your words .......
if they are some subjects that interest you ? get into them , and read .......i read about 100 books a year on my free time , articles ,listen to many talk shows that have some points and are interesting first of all .........
you can read aloud when alone .it helps alot :-)
eliminate any words that may contain a foul connotation ever ....
learn another language if you can , it broadens your conversations and gets you in touch with people from other countries ......you will inherit a rich culture by doing do ......(i speak 4 different languages) :-)
if someday you can travel ? do so ......you will be surprised as to what that will bring to you ...........:-)
do not be shy , with time , you will get more confident and speak freely without hesitating .......and mostly , with interesting people ..........pick people who already have that wonderful skill , and speak with eloquence

Do you mean communicative skills? If you do then here are some tips. Communication is both a verbal and non verbal art. The verbal part of it involves speaking, to improve this you must master the intricacies of whatever language you are communicating with. Your delivery must simple, precise and clear. Non verbal communication refers to our various body (language) gestures. The way we move parts of the body communicates something to our audiences. Different gestures mean different things to various people, so you must research your audience so as not to use wrong gestures. Above all to be a good communicator, you must be a good listener. Thanks.
