I agree Euthanasia should be legalised! In my opinion it is better to allow someone to die in this way, then to endure their last days/weeks suffering and in pain! We put pets to sleep to ease their suffering and pain - the same should be true for humans!! Also imagine how it must feel for the family to see a loved one die in such a slow, painful way. At least if someone chooses when they want to die they can say their goodbyes, and the family can be left with less traumatic memories of their loved ones final days.

Yes i do. But i can also see how there are so many avenues for this sort of thing to go wrong, and be exploited, that it has been made illegal. I think it is very sad that terminally ill people have to fight in court for their right to die. Life should be a choice.

Yes. If it is definintely not treatable and the outcome would be a painful and undignified ending, people should have the choice to bring forward the inevitable to avoid their own pain and suffering. I do not condone suicide at all as I know from a friends experience just how painful it is for the surviving family and friends. But a terminal, painful condition is an excpetion as the person - and their friends & family - already know they are going to die.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. Last year, my 17 year old niece was dying of colon cancer. She was terrified, nauseated,in terrible pain, hungry, and thirsty for months. (She couldn't hold anything down.) She was so emaciated, she didn't even look like the same person. The pain was so bad, that nothing relieved it. I was with her one day, and if there had been enough Morphine in the house, I would have given her an overdose. She died the next morning.

Well I think that if the person who is ill are injected with euthanasia then they might not get any chance to live for a possible cure that maybe discover for the disease or a misdiagnoses etc. You never know doctors are not always correct. If you live a bit longer there might be something you can do about later on.

Yes i really do.What is the point of letting someone suffer a life of misery? Ive seen two close family members suffer, one being my dad,who was a very dignified man.Its heartbreaking seeing people suffer so much pain and dibilitation.

Agree - as someone who watched their grandfather suffer for years, begging for someone to take mercy on him. Provided medical advice is taken from more than a single point from doctors who have nothing to gain it should be acceptable.

Ethically, there is nothing wrong with it. In my view it is cruel to force somebody to suffer needlessly and they should have the right to end it when they wish. The government is a cruel an unjust master that we have given the power to control our lives.
The government needs to get out of our private business!!!

We ALL havent allowed to have our pets put "to Sleep".
I've raised over 60 dogs & own 15 now & not once have I had to do that.Once I thought about it with a dog who was crying,,he was of one with diabetes (& medication). Then I discovered it was because his feet were cold so I put tube socks on him & he was fine. ;O) I say ,,let God take them when he will.
