if i want a mew in pokemon-gold,then i have to have all pokemons' information,or pokedex?and then get all 27 unknowns,then go to any cave ,i'll ''!''????

No. The only way to get Mew in Pokemon Gold is to either trade it from another game or to use a Gameshark. This also goes for Celebi, Mewtwo, Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos.
