Does anyone have a nose-bomb that I could use to unblock my sinuses?

I say ENOUGH ALREADY! I have had this cold for 10 days and gone through a half a dozen boxes of tissues! Anyone else in the same boat? If I call in sick, they scream because they have to work short, if I go into work they make snide remarks about me sharing my germs? What is a girl to do????

this will sound gross but i swear by it

my nan use to do it for us
get some fresh lemon and squeeze the juice from it
for the start use = parts of water and juice you dont need alot
and it may burn just a little or make you sneeze
dab a q tip or if you have a dropper or squeeze bottle for your nose just put some up there
after a day or 2 lessen the water the acid in the lemon juice will dry them out and you wont be like the spigot anymore

also never put the q tip back in the juice after you put it up there use the other side you dont want to contaminate the juice

Susan, if you've had it that long make sure you always have fresh bedding because you can re-infect yourself with the cold germs. Something as simple as this can turn a two week long cold to a three day one.

Go to work. Explain to your coworkers that they don't need to worry; the only way they'd get your germs is if you swap spit and they ain't that lucky.

Try a tablespoon of Texas Pete hot sauce. Your nostrils should turn into a gusher.
