Banning will do no good.It is upto the people to follow what they like provided it is legal and they do not disturb the peace of others.Shiv sena might order its sevaks but they cannot control the whole nation.In a democracy such acts would be pretty foolish and whimsical,what with our globalisation !

why dont they do tie up with Taliban etc etc?
