What is the significance of having Anna Nichole Smith all over the media for days, when the people who really meant something were in the media for a day or two?
So what a she was a play mate.
So what the government can't find her baby daddy, heck if she was alive she probably couldn't.
So what she did stupid things and got lucky by marring an old guy.
Am I wrong, what is your point of veiw?

It's only because the media thinks that it will improve their ratings for this so-called "hot topic".

She started out as a waitress at a chicken shack.Some guy from Hollywood said she could be famous.He sent her picture to Playboy.They liked her and put her in playboy...Then she was voted Playmate of the year!That's what put her on the map.She has NOT received one penny from the rich old guy.She has made her own way,and her own money until her death!Yes she (her daughter)should receive about 575 million from her former ,now deceased husband.That money is still not awarded to anyone,including his family. It went all the way to Supreme Court and she won that too!Now that sits in a California court, which is bound by the US Supreme Court to award her estate all money's due to her,and all dependants willed or not!

If her life drama weren't on the news, it would be the farthest from my mind,too. However, since it is, I love checking it out. I just heard why Anna doesn't get along with Fergie: Fergie sexually abused her. I had always wondered why mother and daugher hadn't been together in ten years. On "Dr. Kevin", Fergie said that Anna was on drugs and didn't want anyone around Daniel. I see why now. She was saving Dan from getting abused.

Yeah i know what you mean but that's the press for you, theres allsorts going on but people will also be obsessed with celebs anyway i think shes more famous for marrying a billionaire,.

I think its sh*tty that a drug addic gets that much media attention.... but one of our Soldiers die in Iraq and they get a three second "Another American Soldier was killed today..."
