At a scale of one to ten, how do you consider a person whose his gross annual income about 3600 $ ? (one is poor, ten is rich)

When i asked "how do you consider a person ...." I meant the word "You".
I mean from your own point of view as per country and economic and as per YOUr personal estimating, not as worldwide standards. if u live in Europe , go and give him 1 and if in Africa go and give him 10

It's all relative. Is the cost of living very high or low where you live? How poor (or rich) do you feel? Do you require a lot of material things to define your happiness? Do you have enough money for food, clothing and shelter? Do you have a large family to support? No one can answer this question definitively for you.

Depends on what your outgoing costs are and where you live. In some areas of the world, that might be a great salary. In other parts, maybe not so great.

Depends on your attitude...I think im rich and i dont have a job.But my hubby gives me a little money every other week.If you got HOUSE-----FOOD----CLOTHS.......you are wealthy...Oh and a good attitude to go with it.....
