Network: Start->Run->Cmd->type "ipconfig /dnsflush"

Not enought info to give precise instructions! If you have Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7:

Tools>internet options>General Tab>under browsing history click delete>choose to delete temporary internet files and delete cookies etc.
