I need info about adult symphonys?

I am learning to play a viola again .I need alot more work to play as well as I want to, but I'm haveing trouble finding out what exactly
I should focus on learning. I've got about six years of training
and remember more than I thought I would. Where should I start?

And, a lot of communities have a community orchestra. It isn't professional so the talent and age varies greatly. Wouldn't be a bad place to start to get your chops going again.
