1) Love Hina has 25 episodes
2) then there is a special 44 minutes movie called Love Hina X'mas Special - Silent Eve
3) another special 45 minutes movie (sequel) - Love Hina Spring Special - I wish Your Dream
4) and Love Hina Again is an OAV with 3 episodes

Dude if i where you i would read the manga of the series opposed to the anime. the anime didnt even get finished! episode 25 sucks cuz it was supposed to be the beginning of 24 more episodes, but they quit.
