There are two quality that every person should posses: one is personal management, involving the way we carry ourselves trough things in our life, the strategies and tactics we use to accomplish our aims and objectives with maximum possible ease and least possible expense – most efficiently; and then there is quality of personal leadership, the view of our long term goals, or our mission in life. By personal leadership ability one is able to see the direction one is heading, where for example I will be in the long run, what is my notion of excellence, and what in the end I would like to achieve out of life – this determines what life means to us, and what do things in life worth in value. If a person is able to realise or visualise his or her dreams than that person will manage to achieve right goals, otherwise it is possible for a person to manage his or her way very well but in the wrong direction.
What is true at a personal level is also true at a level when we try to lead others; what we can apply to ourselves we can also apply in a wider context. This is central reason why people are able to inspire others and make them believe in themselves with a give purpose or a cause. People become charismatic when they overflow with their convictions, beliefs and self-confidence, when they are able to see clearer and farther than the rest, and when they are able to manage what they have with perfect ease. Leadership qualities are always self-evolving, and often infectious but only to those who are vulnerable to such infections.

Why must I become a leader? If becoming a leader in these societies means feeling better than another, really I don't care of that. It's too easy to do so. Be enough becoming bad, becoming an island and close our ears. If becoming a leader means to be the last and receive the other me with no presumption, arrogance, prejudice, to become available, that is the leadership I care. I wanna live not like a pacifist, (sometimes they are blinds or ferocious), but like a "pacific man". So to be always happy and not full of seeks, enemies, fears, complexes. Ciao.

It is difficult to make yourself into a leader; most leaders are chosen by the people. Many leaders share similar qualities though: ability to make decisions, diplomacy, respect for others, willingness to go against popular opinion (but save this until you are already in leadership position), willingness to do the extra work, negotiation, and in some positions just asking to be put in that position!

To be a leader, you have to be logical and fair to all. And don't forget, a good leader is someone who can think in terms of others' interests, not his/her own.

To be a leader, stick up for what you know is right and don't let anyone else change your opinion. Don't hesitate to stand up for yourself, and don't be a follower.

First you should oust the previous leader, If your action is bloody and sadic enough everybody will be so frightened they won't even raise a finger to prevent you from becoming the next one.
