try to balance out your spell/trap cards equal to the amount of monsters you have in there.Also instead of having so many types of monsters specialize in 1 like envoy spellcaster machine dinosaur wind water earth fire light or darkness or rock type deck. I give your deck a 5 out of 10.
Note do not go in tournaments with that deck you'll have to replace about 5 cards in your deck

It's not that bad. you have a few cards that are now on the ban list. So you wouldn't be able to take it to a tournament. I use a good bit of the cards in my own deck.Do'nt bother trying to stick to one type of card like spellcaster or so on. I've learned that they don't work that well.

It's illegal.
Raigeki, Pot, Chaos + Reborn are banned.
Running Cyclone blade with ONE D-Hero is awful. Especially when it's high level.
