Hey, just like the moon landing, maybe the Fox Network should invent a new conspiracy theory that says Columbus never made it to America. They can propose that we from the US all live in southern Spain. After all, when I think ofscientific fact and objective reporting, I definitely think of the Fox Network.

The world would still be the same size, just differently laid out.
Gravity wouldn't have changed.
Life would, I expect, be quite different.
If he assumed the Caribbean islands were Sri Lanka, then Afghanistan would be roughly where Idaho is.
(I'm using an old atlas, and making a guess at relative distances).
