Unfortunately, you will have to wait until the child is much older to be sure. If, at age 13 or so, he/she looks at her with complete disdain and screams "you just don't understand me" then you know it is your wife's biological child.
If this does not happen, you will need to seek out another mother who has a look of calm and peace. Then swap. The natural mother/child bonding should take place fairly quickly and you will have the opportunity to hear those words that every "real" mom hears... "I wish you would just leave me alone!".

Do you mean that you're not sure if it's yours? There is a DNA test you can take, but I'm not sure if you have to wait for the baby to be born or not. If you really meant that you're not sure that it's hers, then I think you need a lesson in biology lol.

Wait a few months and if it pops out of her, well it's hers. If it pops out of her sister, it's not.
Maybe it's Anna Nicole's. If it is, you'd better get a claim in quick before her estate's divided. The baby may be up for a cupboard full of drugs.

If she can not remember having another persons egg inserted inside her you will have to wait until it is safe to take DNA. It just might be an alian!

Uh, was she abducted by aliens? If not, and if she hasn't recently had any sort of invitro procedure done, chances are pretty good the baby is hers.
