when i click on mouse goes to side top and bottom dont stay where i click

My mice fly too ~ they've been travelling to numerous places! lol just kidding!
I can relate to your problem since me myself have experienced the same thing before -- I think the main problem is, your old mouse. It is necessary to buy the new mouse device while the old one gives so many problems to deal with -- particularly the one like you mentioned.
In short, buy the new mouse! Good luck! ;)

why dont you try cutting its wings.
If it doesn't have wings dont worry it may be running on liquid hydrogen - the fuel will be exhausted within hrs.
and of course WHY IS IT IN ZOOLOGY SECTION?????
