Being smart is as important as being intelligent. The more I know the more I realize I don't know. The smarter we become the dumber we get...... Smart and intelligent have to walk along hand in hand together in this life. Balance.

Both are important in their own rights. It is just the timings that determines which should be put to use .....smartness or intelligence.

Well let’s put it this way. Intelligence is the ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills. To be ‘smart’ you have to have intelligence. Obviously the more ‘intelligent’ person is the ‘smarter’ person.

if by smart u mean knowing how to act and react in diff situations without getting into too much trouble or knowing how to get out of trouble than defenately being smart is more important

In today's world ''intelligence'' is important but ''smartness'' is mandatory!!
