Probably not.

There is no reason to believe that acquired characteristics (such as thoughts or memories) would ever be passed along. How would a math problem, for example, possibly express itself into the genes in your reproductive cells -- which formed while you were still in the womb?

However, that said, certain patterns of thought, problems and issues we have, are innate to our biology and biological developments (maturation). Thus, there is a possibility that those sorts of things are likely to be "hard-wired" into our brains.

For example, all humans have mothers and (in normal situations) spend a good part of their lives interacting and reacting to their mothers; it would not be surprising, therefore, if we were pre-disposed to particular complexes of thought in regard to them.

Freud and Jung both believed they had identified such -- Jung really delving into it, through his theory of the collective-unconscious.

There are theories of genetic memory, that our DNA may have memories and experiences of our ancestors stored in them. One experiement involved electricuting a worm to train it to curl up when exposed to light, they then cut the worm in half so that the tail end grew a new head. They found that the worm with the new head would also curl up when exposed to light without being conditioned to do so.

You may just be on to something. I would doubt it would be in your subconscious though. If ancestors dna is in you, then your thoughts may be in the people in your future family tree.

You might get an intuitive awareness of this. (Intuition is the "sixth sense", which when developed is the capacity to know some truth from within, without reliance on information from the senses or on data. Intuition is free from limits of space and time.)
