You can always try by applying for vacant posts in hotels. many of them advertise in newspapers, internet, etc. Nowadays what matters is your personality and skills. Although experience matters but you can make it be overlooked with other factors (like ur personality and skills). Also you can try applying thr' online placement portals like naukri.com, monster.com, etc. these also tend to provide you with very good oppportunities.
