Man, KL is not that small as you think... It is certainly hard to calculate the exact figure of restaurants, since there are numerous good, high quality in terms of anything restaurants in KL alone...

Anyway, as I love fast food, I'll recommend you the best fast food restaurants -- made in Malaysia! They're 1901 and Laksa Shake ~

Above all, try the exotic food of Malay, Chinese, Indians, etc. They're intriguingly yummy and consist of mouth-watering cuisine! The real Malaysia, truly Asia! :)

P/S: Uh, why bother ask people here on Yahoo! Search? Try to check the lists out in the counters nearby!

I'm not sure about restaurant but i know there's a kopitiam directly opposite Hotel Imperial that sell nice bak ku teh and wanton mee. They sell con-gee too. Just behind that kopitiam, the street name JLN ALOR is somewhere u'll find alot of street food. I'm not sure they are open in the afternoon as I'm there ard 11pm. Safer for u to go there ard evening time.

The add of the hotel is :

Cangkat Bukit Bintang
