Well if you think you're really lucky you can enter a contest to win a mobile phone. I dunno bout you americans but in malaysia we have tons and tons of those contests. worse comes to worse you oughta get a second-hand cellphone from one of your relatives i'm sure they won't mind giving it to you. Other than that i can't think of anything but just buying the handphone.
