Someone asked a question about chinese in Y!A,and there was an answer : "Go ask it in Yahoo! China,we don't need it here."
What do you think? Is the answer racist or not?

It's not racist. I just read Katie T's reply. It's because the question was in Chinese.
There was a similiar happening where someone posted an answer in Arabic and it riled me because I had to search for a long while to find a translator for it.
I think it's okay to post in foreign language as long as there's a translation with it, but posting raw can be disgruntling to a person who doesn't speak that language.

because they chosen to chortle. They took it as a praise. If a very gentle between them had chosen to project you with "what do you advise ?" or " Is that all and diverse we are solid for?" or " piece of meat" stand, you'd be in serious worry. when you're making a comic tale at someone and they chortle it off, it hasn't indignant. If the fact had no longer recieved the reaction that it did, it would nonetheless be open to interpretation 11 (or more beneficial) diverse thoughts and also you would nonetheless have lost a nut. that is real of all humor, no longer purely racist ones. The question is, what precisely did you advise through it ? btw, do you fairly trust each and every black guy is solid at sex? that style of a generalization would go away YOU open to many interpretations !!!! LMAO.

Well, you have to learn to accept the fact of life that racism exists everywhere you go in this world even in the church. You won't and cannot escape racism. So even that remark is racist, I deal with it because racism is already became a part of our daily life everywhere in this world. I think she is not meant to be racist with her question, it was a bit rude.

Huh? no way. But to answer intelligetnly we would have to know the question. Some people post questions on the forums that have nothing (!!) to do with the question. Sounds like the poster may have been a bit ticked regarding that. I know I am.
