League cup semi - out
Fa Cup - away to fulham (unable to beat them home or awy in the league)
League - 11th and getting worse..
Uefa - Great for now but confidence is low....

Yeah thats true, but what is the cause?
It isn't martin jol hes a brilliant coach. the players are good, the fans are amazing (but we need more faith in ourselves) so what on earth is going wrong? Its what is going on on the pitch: punch ups, arguments and not passing. if we can work as a TEAM and not as 11 individuals, we will actually get somewhere.

I'm not a spurs fan, in fact I am a life long gooner, but i could not pass this question by.
Tottenham pushed Arsenal all the way last season, and rather than Arsenal winning fourth place, tottenham actually bottled it and gave it to us. On the strength of last seasons performance, i for one thought spurs would be pushing hard again this season, but Martin Jol or the players have not fulfilled there potential.
If it was just the case of one or two teams improving more than Tottenham had, then i suppose you could congratulate them. But i think tottenham have fallen a lot further behind than there position in the league would have you believe. They have played one outstanding game this season, the home win against Chelsea. part from that they have been very dissappointing. They had a fairly easy draw in the League cup, and have had relatively east draw in the FA cup. There league position is a disaster after last season, and as for the EUFA cup, well getting a bye into the next round has helped there cause, but it is only the EUFA cup. I still think they can go all the way in that cup, but it is a very weak competition to win.
All in all, a very poor season, and to be honest, i think the players have cheated the fans this season

i know exactly how you feel , ive been a spurs supporter for 35 years and just lately , ive lost the will to live , our only chance of any silverware this season is going to be in the u e fa cup , and now even that isnt looking too good , all very depressing .
