You are sooooo wrong. Lets correct you.
Some people actually like platinum hair and like their faces and are not trying to hide anything, they simply want to colour their hair.
Besides having bright hair highlights your features, like wearing bright clothes.

what makes you think they're trying to hide their faces? Some just don't like the same ole same ole look everyday or week. Change is good.
