Personally, I think MOS and St James Power Station are probably the best night clubs in Singapore. Caters to numerous tastes of music. =)

Clarke Quay is great, have a bum boat ride and pick from lots and lots of bars/restaurants. Sentosa - try the Pirate Show and Extreme Log ride which are good fun. Dolphin show is good too if you like animals. Try East Coast Park too, hire bikes, tandoms, roller blades and a few bars are there, no night clubs but still good, especially in the evenings or at the weekend, also has a 360 degree water ski park which you might like. If you are heading for a great party... go for:
Zouk... THE big local brother of the club scene
Ministry Of Sound... great import (Big Internationally)
St. James Power Station (Latest entrant, potential to be very big)
