go to Mixxer.com, it's really cool, and easy... go there, sign up, follow then instructions and upload music from your music files... And guess what?! Uploading is free..

If your phone supports custom ringtones downloaded from your computer, it should have software packaged with it that you can use to convert the mp3 files.

If not, try going to the website of the company that makes your phone and looking for such software.
