Hi Amir,
Can i give you the most simplest way to get to LCCT at KLIA, without going via Puduraya??
It is best to go to KL Sentral which located near by Brickfields. You can get to KL Sentral by PUTRA Train, taxi or Bus. At the KL Sentral, go to the main building, which main entrance will be on the opposite entrance to the Hilton & Le Meridien Hotel. From that main entrance, walk straight and get down the excalator 1 floor below.Walk straight north until the end and you must pass through an automatic glass sliding door. You will see there is a lift on your north right. Get into the lift and go to the Lower ground floor. Just right after come out from the lift, you will see there are a lot of Red Shuttle Bus that will take you straight to LCCT at KLIA. The bus fare is only RM9.00 per way. Journey takes about 1 hour plus.
I'm not quite sure whether if there is any bus from PUDURAYA that will take you direct to LCCT.
Good luck! And safe travelling!

Take a 5 minute walk from Puduraya to the Pasar Seni light rail station and from there take the train to Sentral.
Alight in Sentral and for nine Malaysian ringgit board Air Asia's own special bus service to LCCT. There is also another service offering the same journey at a slightly cheaper fare. Bus journey takes at least 90 minutes each trip.
Alternatively, if you are going to KLIA, use the ERL Train, also starting from Sentral. For 35 Malaysian ringgit, it delivers you to KLIA from Sentral within 28 minutes. However, you will need to either use a taxi or a shuttle bus service to transfer from KLIA to LCCT.
Both coach and train run frequently, between 30-60 minutes for each departure.

From Puduraya take a walk to Masjid Jamek Putra LRT station, take a train to KL Sentral. From KL Sentral you can choose KLIA Express if you want to go to KLIA or take a bus if you want to go to LCCT.

ALL AIR ASIA FLIGHTS ARE FROM THE LCCT.
In order to get there -
From Puduraya, the nearest walking distance LRT is STAR LRT's Plaza Rakyat. You then take the train to the Masjid Jamek Station. At Masjid Jamek walk towards to Putra LRT Station (you will see signboards). Take the Putra LRT to KL Sentral station.
Here's a link of the LRTs in KL.

From KL Sentral, you need to get out of the main entrance (look for sign boards). At main entrance take the staircase downstairs and you will see loads of red buses called Skybus. It is RM9 for one way to LCCT. I've taken it and well I paid RM9 and so does the below source. You can find their timetable there.

Good luck!
