Well, people who are blind at birth have very little or no eye movement during sleep studies because they've never had visuals of anything to dream about now if you've experienced the gifts and pleasures of visualization then go blind, yes, you do see in dreams. Maybe so, my aunt is a deaf mute and blind so she was a what they call "test dummy" and she showed no signs of eye movement since it was from birth but she did hear things since she lost hearing and became mute during an accident. Research and analysis shows that the different types of blindness (congenital is blindness present at birth for example) can affect visual images in dreams. e.g. people blind after the age of seven will see images in their dreams though these may fade after a while.

why not the blind people see dreams. they have mind, heart and feelings so these are the things that force us to see dreams.

depends at what stage they became blind. if they were blind from birth then no. but if they were able to see for a while then became blind then yes. the brain is only able to work on what it has experienced.

ask yourself this. are you able to see colours like infrared in your dreams? no. because youve never seen it. and cannot even comprehend what it looks like...
