Look for something that gives you the scope to grow and change. I would avoid references to the number in the group & the gender.
I like your user name - karma. Make an interesting phrase that includes it..but is not ambiguous or trendy.
What about
karma club - karma with class
or more business like -
Karma Promotions
Other than that choose another animal or icon that appeals to you.
