What is the date for Maharashtra CET 2007 for eng and also Mh BArch CET.?

Question

I would like to know what is the eligibility criteria for these exams.I dont stay in Mahtra. but my parents have their native there.
So am i still considered in the 'outsiders' category.?
What percentage seats are reserved for outsiders.?
