ok we are three person living in one house therefore sharing a connection in wired router,, anyway,, he is always downloding torrents,, and his speed usually reaches 200 kbs! making my internet speed so slow!! what can i do besides to beat that idiot?

Get him to change the speed he downloads torrents or limited the torrents he downloads.
The best time to download torrents is late at night.

You have to tell him that either he stop downloading in file sharing or he will be forced to pay for the internet.
How about disconnecting his network cable?
I know he an addict about internet but you need to add some kind of pressure.

i think he must be downloading some xxxx films
bcos u three use one connection
so it must be affected
maybe u should set up another connection/dialup for ur own pc
or just ask him to download at a fixed time everyday

Average out the bill so he pays more! I bet he quits real quick! If you have access to the router setup page, cut him off until you are done!
