Soem of the Kaiser Chief's stuff is a bit more rock n roll than others. Try Snow Patrol, The Killers, Athlete, Embrace, Doves, Jet, Maximo Park, Hard Fi & The Charlatans
If you like the Kaiser Chiefs and Razorlight you should find some stuff you like from that selection of bands.

and buy the way whoever put mika in as similar - he is nothing like either of these bands.

Try "We Are Scientists".
Also, not strictly similar, but if you like indie I'd recommend Art Brut, The Organ and Electrelane.
