I noticed it said I have over 100,000 files when I ran a virus scan. I want to clean some of these out. How is the best way? I have Windows XP. I'm not sure what brand the computer is. It doesn't have any markings for the brand. I got it second hand. I'm just learning to use a computer for the first time.
