Don't force your kid if he doesn't want to. What's his age? That'll help a lot, if it is something he wants to do, or shows interest, you can sign him up for a modeling/acting school. Research the schools in your area, but be careful and check that they're not scammers.

Acting classes: Call the CommunityColleges and the Theatre Department of the Universities in your city and ask for recommendations on acting schools or acting teachers in your city.

Unless you plan to move to New York City, the modeling industry is ONLY in New York City. This is where the magazines are published, the stylists and publicists live, the designers and anyone that has to do with fashion is only HERE.

In any other city you will only find scams for modeling, such as John Robert Powers, Barbizon, etc. they will ask for money for modeling classess.

Legitimate MODELING agencies in NYC never charge the model for modeling classes. The agency gets their money back, from training the model, once the model earns money!
