I think you have legitimate issues (I'm not being mean, I'm just saying there are probably some underlying problems such as self-esteem issues or repressed memories that need to be addressed). Attention-seekers are people that PRETEND to have problems to get attention. You don't seem like that type of person. Your counselor will help you sort this all out, too.
