what should me and the family do today? I have two girls 4 and 1 and a husband.
Any ideas on what to do with not much money in the rain!!!

In the rain? you bet!~! My grand daughter and I did this...She had on a rain coat, I wore an old shower curtain and we floated paper boats all the way down the street, then ran back up and did it all over again! Make a memory that you all will remember. Have a picnic in the front room...make a tent out of blankets...eat ice cream from the carton..make cookies... draw pictures or make cards for grandma and grandpa. Play dress up. what ever you do, just be together..touch, snuggle, take a nap, read stories, tell stories about your past..share your dreams for their future..show your love for each other. Trust me,, it will be a day well spent, with rewards coming later in the close relationships you will have developed with your kids.. to them, love is spelled T I M E. (and later, let hubby go have some free time with his buddies)

Play in the rain, thats free, take the kids to the park, get all wet and play your hearts out, they will love it!

play games! hide and seek ect. split into teams. it will be fun have a little picnic inside because of the rain. maybe do some crafts

cheap *thinks* ok, u, hubby, and the lil ones just go outside in the backyard and play like lil kids. it's fun, cheap, and good for family bonding.
if ur looking into somethin not messy, well just rent movies and just sit back. nice, warm, clean, and family bondish kind of bonding.

My dad always took us to his parents when he was fresh out of ideas. The other things we would do was bake cake. We would help mix and grease the pans and it felt good knowing we helped bake the delicious cake!

Erm go to a museum (a fun museum) if your in usa you could go to ripleys belive it or not museum or chucky cheeses, if your in the uk go to brewsters pub with a playroom or wacky warehouse or you could go to a good museum. You could even go shopping
