take her out to a nice resturant but where they aren't alot of people. look her in the eye tell her how great shes made your life and how important it is for her ot be a part of your life like shes a part of you! get down on one knee open the ring and ask her to marry you

select one day to openly speek to her .know her opinions about a life partner and how she is expecting her life partner to be . while talking u would be getting some hints whether she is interested in u or not. if ur suitable to her and if u satisfy her expectations then tell her openly that u r interested in her and want to marry her if not either leave thinking of her
